Terms of Service
Last Updated: March 12, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Avantexis website and the educational services described on it. The website and services are operated by Avantexis Learning GmbH (“Avantexis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website, submitting a form, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you must use this website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website and do not submit any forms. These Terms apply to all visitors, prospective learners, and anyone who communicates with us through the website.
2. Educational Disclaimers (Important)
Avantexis provides online courses, webinars, masterclasses, intensives, and related educational materials. All content is provided for educational purposes only. We do not provide legal, medical, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice through this website or our educational materials.
- No financial, career, or professional outcomes are guaranteed. Results vary based on prior experience, attendance, and practice time.
- Guest experts may participate depending on scheduling and cohort availability. Guest participation does not imply endorsements and may change without notice.
- Any examples, templates, or demonstrations (including those related to AI workflows) are illustrative and may require adaptation for real-world use.
If you rely on any information from this website or our materials, you do so at your own discretion and risk.
3. Service Description and Changes
Avantexis offers educational programs in languages, AI, coding, digital skills, and personal development learning systems. Programs may be delivered as live sessions, on-demand materials, or a blended format. The website may describe typical session lengths (for example, 60–75 minutes), cohort duration windows (for example, 2–3 weeks), and upcoming date ranges. Specific dates, instructors, and syllabi may vary by cohort.
We may update, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time, including course descriptions, webinar schedules, curriculum structure, materials, or availability. Where changes materially affect a confirmed enrollment, we will aim to provide reasonable notice and an alternative arrangement when practical.
The website is offered on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that every page, feature, or communication channel will be continuously available.
4. Contact-First Enrollment and Communications
Our website uses a contact-first process. If you request dates, pricing, or enrollment details, we respond by email to confirm the appropriate track, schedule, and next steps. This means that some parts of the purchase process may take place through email correspondence rather than an automated checkout.
By submitting a form, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to receive communications necessary to respond to your request. You can request that we stop contacting you at any time; however, we may still send administrative or legal notices if required.
We may use reasonable measures to verify requests and reduce spam or automated submissions. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its normal operation. In particular, you must not:
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features, rate limits, or access controls.
- Use automated systems to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the website without our prior written permission.
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information through forms or communications.
- Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, phishing content, or malicious code.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network connected to the website.
- Use the website in violation of applicable laws or regulations, including export controls and sanctions.
We may suspend or block access to the website if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or that your use presents a security risk.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the website for your personal, non-commercial use. Third-party services are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, or policies.
Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies. You should review them carefully before interacting with third-party features.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that any educational content will meet your specific needs or that any learning outcome will be achieved.
9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or the services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Avantexis in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) €100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer protections.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Avantexis Learning GmbH and its affiliates, directors, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your misuse of the website, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (d) information you submit through the website that is false, misleading, or unlawfully shared.
11. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or failures of hosting or cloud providers.

14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if your use poses a security, legal, or operational risk. Termination may be without notice where immediate action is needed to protect the website, users, or our rights.
The following sections will survive termination: Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law and Dispute Resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.
15. Severability, Entire Agreement, Assignment, No Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Avantexis Learning GmbH regarding the website and services and supersede any prior understandings.
We may assign these Terms and our rights and obligations without restriction. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
16. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective 14 days after posting unless a different effective date is stated. Your continued use of the website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
